Bachelor’s Degree apostille service
We assist with the certification of your bachelor’s degree by a UK solicitor registered with the legalisation department of the UK Foreign Office FCDO in order to obtain legalisation by way of Hague apostille.
The legalisation process can be performed on an original or copy of your degree. There is no difference in the process or the cost, in both options, the qualification must be first certified by a UK solicitor who is registered with the legalisation department of the Foreign Office the FCDO. Once certification is completed as an original or certified copy Hague apostille will be issued based on the solicitor’s signature.
Please note that we need to receive the original qualification in order to get an apostille.
If the bachelor’s is issued electronically please forward the email received by your University to us in order to issue a solicitor certificate ( true copy of an electronic version of the document).
If you already have a bachelor’s degree certified by a UK solicitor or Notary Public please note that not every solicitor is on the Foreign Office database. If the document will be rejected due to a missing signature with the FCDO database please ask your solicitor to contact the FCDO registration team via email.
The solicitors’ registration process should take no longer than 3 working days to complete.
If the time is sensitive we would recommend certifying the document again with our solicitor who is registered with the legalisation department of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

Would a solicitor certify my degree as a true copy could also verify it?
We provide verification service through our Notary Public who is responsible for the verification process of the degrees. The Notary contacts the University in order to complete the verification process.
Is certification as a true copy of an original acceptable by the Foreign Office FCDO?
From a legalisation perspective, there is no difference if the bachelor’s degree will be certified as an original, true copy verified by the Notary Public. FCDO will legalise the degree by way of Hague apostille
Do I have to visit your office in Westminster?
Will be nice to see you in our London office but if easier you could deliver the bachelor’s degree by courier, send it by registered post or international courier. The reception is open 24/7.
Why do I need to apostille my Bachelor’s degree?
In many jurisdictions apostille and legalisation of your degree is required in the HR recruitment process or working visa application. The apostille confirms that your degree has been issued by UK accredited educational Institution. Not all Universities have accreditations especially those that have established limited companies at Companies House recently and provide an “online degree” option. Please double-check check accreditation of your University or contact in this regard.
Is the apostille process of my Bachelor’s degree complex?
Is a very straightforward process, your degree must be first certified by a UK Public Official.
From a Legalization perspective, the Officials are solicitors and Notary Public.
Once your bachelor’s degree is certified by the Officials who are registered with the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office FCDO the Hague apostille will be issued. The apostille service including certification will take around 2 working days.
Can I apostille more educational documents along with my degree in the same set ?
We can bind the documents together and issue solicitor certification that lists enclosed degrees or diplomas. Please note that not every jurisdiction will accept that format.
United Arab Emirates consulate will reject documents apostilled in this way. All documents for use in MOFA UAE must be certified, apostilled and legalised separately.
