We assist with the certification of your diploma’s degree by a UK solicitor registered with the UK Legalisation Office to obtain legalisation by way of Hague apostille.
We need to receive an original diploma degree to get an apostille certificate.
The document legalisation process can be performed on an original or copy of your diploma. There is no difference in the process or the cost, in both options the qualifications must be first certified by a UK solicitor who is registered with the legalisation department of the Foreign Office in Milton Keynes the FCDO. Once certification is completed as an original or certified copy Hague apostille certificate will be issued based on the solicitor’s signature.
If the diploma is issued electronically please forward the email received by your University to us to issue a solicitor certificate ( true copy of an electronic version of the document). E apostille service available with Notary verification service.
If you already have the diploma course certified by a UK solicitor or Notary Public please note that not every solicitor is on the Legalisation Office database. If the document will be rejected due to a missing signature with the FCDO database please ask your solicitor to contact the FCDO registration team via email.

What is the difference between a Diploma and a degree certificate?
An undergraduate degree is a higher academic award than a diploma. We often use “diploma of higher education”, “academic degree”, “postgraduate diploma”, “higher national diploma” and “diploma qualification”.Diploma holders must complete the diploma courses, which take less time than the degree program. The degree courses are more expensive too. Degree holders are more valuable to employers than diploma holders. You need to complete pre university program before entry into a degree course. The diploma programs are more technical.
I have a few educational documents which one to legalise?
Please ask the instructing party which educational qualification is the most valuable for them. In general, you should attest to the highest education qualification you have. If your UK document requires further legalisation please contact us for detailed guidance. Please note that we cannot assist with foreign documents legalisation.
My HR asking me to apostille my postgraduate educational qualification, which document I should attest to?
A graduate diploma is a postgraduate qualification, that falls between the degree of bachelor’s and master’s degree. Such diplomas are started after a bachelor’s degree and are completed within a year. According to the National Qualification Framework (NQF), postgraduate diplomas are comparable to master’s degrees.
Is diploma authentication the same as apostille legalisation?
The diploma authentication is not the same as apostille legalisation. The authentication of a diploma confirms that it is genuine and has been granted by an authorised academic institution in the UK. Our apostille legalisation services offer authentication, apostille stamp, and consular legalisation. The documents apostilled by Hague apostille convention at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office are recognised by the Hague members countries.
Do I have to visit your office to apostille my diploma?
You can deliver your diploma, associate degree, or doctorate degree, in person or send it by registered mail or international courier.
Can I use my solicitor to certify my diploma?
Yes, you can use your own Solicitor or Commissioner of Oath please make sure that they state if they certify origin or true copy. They must use their signature, include the date of the certification, and provide the Firm Name and address ( usually they use a company stamp).
Please note that they must also be registered with the legalisation department of the UK Foreign Office FCDO.
Do I need to legalise my diploma once obtain an apostille?
If the jurisdiction where are you going to use the document is a party to the Hague Convention Abolishing Requirements for Foreign Legalisation- apostille is the only requirement.
