We assist with the legalisation of personal, corporate, and legal documents at the embassy of the State of Kuwait in London.

Consular attestation is mandatory for documents that will be used in Kuwait as Kuwait is not a member of the Hague Convention Abolishing Foreign Legalisation.

Documents issued in the UK must be first certified by a solicitor registered with the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office the FCDO and legalised by the FCDO by way of the Hague apostille and Kuwaiti embassy.

The consular section of the embassy of the State of Kuwait requires copies of passports for attestation of birth and Marriage certificates.

All corporate documents must be first legalised by the Arab British Chamber of Commerce ABCC through the London Chamber of Commerce LCC. Embassy of Kuwait accepts the most common types of documents

Personal documents must be apostilled separately. If you are in the process of visa application to Kuwait all medical reports must include test and their results as per visa instruction. ACRO must be issued after the entry visa has been granted. All personal documents including a passport must be certified by a UK solicitor or Notary Public.
