Royal Thai Embassy Legalisation Service

We assist with document legalisation for personal and commercial documents at the Thai embassy in London. We offer apostille service and e apostille for UK document legalisation.

Consular attestation is mandatory for public documents that will be used in Thailand.

UK documents must be first certified by a solicitor registered with the Legalisation Office, and legalised by way of Hague apostille.

The consular section of the embassy of Thailand accept both original and certified copies of the UK documents.

The Thai Embassy accepts corporate documents in the bundle bearing the UK FCDO Hague apostille.

Personal documents can also be apostilled in the set of documents. If you are in the process of working visa application to Thailand your Educational Certificate and ACRO Police Certificate would have to be apostilled and legalized.

Legalisation of corporate documents  

Documents issued in the British Overseas Territories ( BVI, Cayman ) for use in Thailand must be apostilled by the Governor’s office- Foreign Affairs first. FCDO in the UK must re-apostille the documents before submitting them to the embassy of Thailand. The documents can be apostilled in the bundle. Many countries have their own rules set up by local authorities, legalising documents issued in the BVI require checking the apostille from the issuing authority

Thai Consular Services 

Documents issued in the British Crown Dependency( Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man) must also be apostilled by Foreign Affairs in the jurisdiction of origin- and re-apostilled by the legalization department of Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office the FCDO in Milton Keynes.
